Privacy Policy.
How we handle personal information on avynt.ai, who we share it with and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
This website, avynt.ai, is operated by avynt ("avynt", "we", "us" or "our"). We provide operations support services to Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs). For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit avynt.ai or send us an inquiry through this website. It does not cover the DSP App or the AFP Dispatch App, which are separate client applications with their own privacy notices presented inside each application, and it does not cover the personal information we process on behalf of our clients while delivering services. For that processing, we act as a service provider or processor under the written agreement with the relevant client, and that client's privacy notice applies.
3. Information we collect
3.1. Information you give us
When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email address, company, the service you are interested in and the message you write. You may also contact us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive whatever you choose to share.
3.2. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server and security logs for every request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site available and secure, to block abusive traffic and to diagnose errors. We do not use analytics or advertising services on this website, and the fonts, images and scripts on this site are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send a request to any advertising network or font provider.
3.3. Spam protection
The contact form contains a hidden field that automated submission tools tend to fill in; a submission that fills it is discarded. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam in the future, it will run a short, privacy-preserving check when you submit the form and may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for that check.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss the support you are considering.
- To prepare a proposal, a plan or a service agreement you have asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to an inquiry); our legitimate interests in running a secure website and in marketing our services to businesses that contact us; your consent where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time (see section 9).
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the website and deliver your inquiry to us, each bound by contractual terms that restrict use of the information to providing their service:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting, content delivery, DDoS protection, security logs and the serverless function that receives the contact form | United States, with a global edge network |
| Resend, Inc. | Email delivery of contact form submissions to our team | United States |
| Google LLC (Google Sheets) | Internal log of inquiries so that nothing is lost between inboxes | United States |
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, and as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, so that we can pick the conversation up again if you return. If you become a client, the information moves into our client records and is kept for the life of the agreement plus the period required by tax and contract law. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period by our hosting provider and are then deleted.
8. International transfers
Our systems and providers are located in the United States. If you contact us from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with the safeguards described in section 10.
9. Your rights
9.1. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9.2. If you are a California resident or a resident of another US state with a privacy law
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request that we delete it; to request that we correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Over the past twelve months we have collected the categories described in section 3 for the purposes described in section 4, and we have disclosed them only to the providers listed in section 6. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
9.3. How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We will confirm your identity by replying to the email address we hold for you, and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you (30 days in the EEA and the UK, 45 days in California). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
10. Security
All traffic to avynt.ai is encrypted in transit with TLS, and the site enforces HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. Contact form submissions travel over the same encrypted connection to our hosting provider's function and from there to our email provider, which also uses encryption in transit. Access to the inboxes and records that hold inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. Our Data Protection page describes these practices in more detail.
11. Children
This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Cookies, tracking and signals
We do not set cookies on this website and we do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. Because we do not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off; where a law treats such a signal as an opt-out request, we honor it.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email where we have an address for you.
